Fastbraces is a teeth straightening system that is designed to deliver results in a shorter amount of time. Unlike traditional braces, the time spent in Fastbraces is measured in months rather than years. The system is not only fast, but also safe and affordable delivering excellent results. With Fastbraces technology, the pace at which teeth can be straightened has dramatically increased. Even though it does not promise overnight results, it is the ideal option for those who simply cannot wait for their straighter smile!
How it works
Traditional braces work in two stages, typically over a period of two years. In the first year, the crown of the tooth is moved into alignment. In the second year, treatment addresses the position of the root of the tooth. Fastbraces works a little differently to this. Triangular brackets and specially shaped wires are used to correct the position of the root of the tooth, from the beginning of treatment. This allows the Fastbraces system to realign the root and crown simultaneously, resulting in shorter treatment time.
The first step in the Fastbraces system is a consultation whereby your dentist can determine whether or not you are a suitable candidate. This consultation will involve a thorough assessment of your teeth, dental impressions and x-rays. If you are deemed a suitable candidate, these X-rays and impressions will help you, dentist, to create a customized treatment plan designed specifically for your smile.
You will need to make another appointment where your dentist can place Fastbraces on your teeth. From there on, it is usually just a matter of months before they will be removed and you can enjoy a beautifully straight smile.
